Job Opportunity: Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced care professional to join our team in Perth West Coast Suburbs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care services focused on improving the quality of life for clients with aged or disability needs. This role involves working autonomously and as part of a team to deliver exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic care services tailored to individual client needs
  • Care for and empower individuals with aged or disability requirements
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Services
  • Current National Police Clearance, First Aid, CPR qualifications, Working With Children Card, Manual handling certificate, and relevant immunisations for working in WA health
  • Driver's licence, comprehensive car insurance, and a smart mobile phone
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in NDIS services, ability to assist with medication, local knowledge, and strong network in Perth
