This role is responsible for managing all HR functions, employee lifecycle, payroll processing, and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage HR functions for up to 200 employees working across VIC, SA and QLD
- Process employee recruitment, offboarding, and maintain accurate records
- Support Branch Management Teams with performance management documents
- Ensure compliance with employee licence and accreditation regulations
- Administer staff rewards program
- Calculate long service leave according to SA, VIC and QLD legislation
- Process fortnightly payroll using ELMO or Employment Hero software
- Produce monthly reports in Excel
- Manage Workcover Claims
As a team player with analytical skills, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of the business.
