About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead our delivery of supply chain projects for Big W and other business partners. The role is based in Sydney with collaborative workspaces in Norwest and flexible working arrangements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams through all phases of project delivery, from mobilisation to operational ramp-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business partners and colleagues across the organisation.
  • Ensure robust decision-making processes, reporting progress, risks, issues, and financials across departments.
  • Maintain governance and adherence to Woolworths' project management framework.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Project Manager with:

3+ years of experience leading programs or projects in complex environments.Demonstrated expertise in construction, infrastructure, and agile methodologies.Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.Able to balance detail-focused execution with big-picture thinking.Leadership and decision-making skills, with experience managing multiple teams.
