The Opportunity

In this role, you will facilitate and deliver engaging organisational development initiatives. This includes:

  • Kickstarting amazing journeys through fun onboarding sessions, dynamic team effectiveness programs, and inspiring professional development workshops.
  • Empowering leaders with innovative leadership development programs tailored for everyone from frontline heroes to corporate champions.
  • Collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders to uncover hidden potential and co-create exciting development solutions that perfectly align with our business needs.
  • Coaching and mentoring talented stars, helping them unlock their full potential and soar to new heights.
  • Leveraging data and insights to measure the impact of our programs and continuously improve, ensuring we always hit the mark.
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives that align with our objectives, making a real difference in our organisational development journey.
About You

You're a natural facilitator and coach with a passion for building leadership capability. To be successful, you'll bring:

  • A certificate in training & assessment (or similar), and/or HR/OD qualifications or experience.
  • Experience in delivering leadership and development programs in corporate and/or operational environments.
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse business areas.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
