Coordinated Labor Scheduling Specialist

As a key player in our operational team, you will be responsible for coordinating employee shifts across multiple schedules to ensure seamless service delivery. Your primary objective will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date rostering data while ensuring efficient shift allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- This role involves managing and communicating daily master rosters to optimize employee work availability with minimal disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy and facilitate forecasting for resource management.
- Lead interactions with staff on site regarding allocations, roster changes, picking up additional shifts, and communication of available/new shifts to fill daily shifts.
- Oversee training and user access to timekeeping systems, including troubleshooting and welcoming new employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of rostering information as per company policies.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment, fostering open communication and sharing information across teams to deliver high-quality resident care.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in staff rostering is essential.
- Strong communication skills, with attention to detail via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience with Roster Bid Manager tools that facilitate online extra shift communication is highly valued.
- Knowledge of working with broader rostering teams and site senior administrators to align and strengthen staff rostering outcomes.
