Senior Learning Community Leader

The position requires a dedicated and relational leader to join our Senior Learning Community as a Head of House. This role supports the Deputy Head in driving a professional improvement agenda and contributing to a shared educational vision focused on delivering quality learning outcomes for all students.

As a member of the Senior Learning Community, you will play a key role in supporting the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of students. The successful applicant will lead behavioural processes, manage cultural events, and promote student voice, while setting high expectations for behaviour and attendance.

This is a full-time, permanent position commencing soon or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
