Heavy Equipment Technician

About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced HD Fitter to join a well-known construction company in Darwin. As a local Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for completing maintenance, servicing, and repairs of plant equipment, motor vehicles, and other company machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, servicing, and repairs of plant equipment, motor vehicles, and other company machinery
- Inspection, testing, and diagnostics of plant equipment, motor vehicles, and other company machinery
- Attending to breakdowns and performing fault diagnostics to detect and correct mechanical and electronic faults
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a HD Fitter
- Understanding of heavy earthmoving and mobile plant including relevant experience
- Minimum HR Licence
- Forklift Licence
- A positive, can-do attitude
