About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diesel Fitter to join our team in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our workshop operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair Caterpillar equipment across various industries, including resources, construction, and infrastructure projects.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and component overhauls.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification in diesel fitting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
