Our Lismore Branch is seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will suit someone with prior experience in a workshop or dealership environment in Parts or Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees.
  • Prepare and order parts.
  • Present exceptional merchandising standards.
  • Perform inventory control and stock take.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail, or similar environment is highly regarded.
  • Maturity, positivity, and an excellent work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to become proficient in parts interpretation software.

Agricultural machinery knowledge is highly advantageous but not essential.
