We are a family-run, NDIS registered support provider operating in Albury/Wodonga, Northeast Victoria & Goulburn Valley regions.

Our company provides a wide range of supports, including community access, personal care, domestic assistance, short-term accommodation, respite, supported independent living, and support coordination.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Professional to join our team in Albury/Wodonga.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that will involve working with individuals who require high physical and complex behaviour support in our supported independent living (SIL) environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent care and assistance to the people we support.
  • Administering medication, hoist transfers, wound care, catheter care, Behaviour Support and reporting for Restrictive Practices, personal support, and guidance to participants.
  • Engaging participants in enjoyable activities and guiding them to explore and develop their personal interests and achieve goals.
  • Working independently and as part of a great team-player.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with relevant parties.

Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19, including booster.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable car with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
  • Cert III in Disability, Community services, Nursing, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • First Aid certificate.
