About the Role
">- As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Albury and surrounding areas. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about working with youth (aged 9-17) or across the lifespan, and wants to focus on their passion area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech pathology services to NDIS participants, focusing on assessment, goal setting, and intervention.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities.
- Develop and implement therapy plans that promote optimal outcomes and maximise NDIS funding.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Valid driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Experience working in disability or a related field, although not essential.
