About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Professional to join our team at Infinity Coordination & Supports Pty Ltd. This role will involve providing high-quality support to individuals with complex disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with personal care, including administering medication and providing wound care.
  • Supporting individuals with complex behaviours, using de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.
  • Encouraging participation in daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and community engagement.
  • Developing and maintaining individualised support plans, aligned with NDIS goals and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Cert III in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent qualification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including booster.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
