Job Title: Housekeeping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our housekeeping team as a coordinator.


This role is responsible for overseeing the coordination of housekeeping tasks, ensuring that all areas of the operation run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have experience within a housekeeping department at a supervisory or team leader level and have a good knowledge of all areas of the operation. They will be able to work under pressure, achieve deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the work of others in the housekeeping team
  • Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard
  • Performing room allocations, final room checks, and maintenance reports

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a housekeeping department
  • Good knowledge of all areas of the housekeeping operation
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
