Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of housekeeping services to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our suites, public areas, and back-of-house.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a large-scale 4- or 5-star hotel or serviced apartment environment, as well as supervisory experience or extensive housekeeping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily allocations of rooms and duties
  • Coordinate and supervise training of staff
  • Coordination of workforce to meet daily deadlines
  • Delivering efficient preparation, cleanliness, and presentation of guest rooms in accordance with Hotel standards and guest expectations
  • Effective time management capabilities with a methodical management style
  • Attend to guest inquiries and requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a large-scale 4- or 5-star hotel or serviced apartment environment (desirable)
  • Possess previous supervisory experience or extensive housekeeping experience
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Focused and passionate about guest service
  • Well organized, with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
