Property Portfolio Manager

Responsible for the management and coordination of rural property portfolios, ensuring effective land utilization and efficient property management strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing new and renewing existing leasing arrangements;
  • Conducting sensitive negotiations regarding accommodation needs and land lease management matters;
  • Preparing high-level due diligence analysis and information for property-related activities;

Leadership Competencies assessed in this role include Vision, Results, and Accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years experience in property management and negotiation, leasing transactions, or organisational accommodation management;
  • SAP training and/or experience using financial or procurement management systems;
  • Minimum C Class Driver's Licence (non-restricted).

Special Requirements:

The incumbent may be required to travel and work within their area of responsibility and may also be required to undertake intrastate, interstate deployment or travel as required.
