Product Creator

The Product Creator plays a pivotal role in driving product development for our brand team. This individual must be innovative, creative, and able to maintain close links with manufacturers to ensure seamless handovers of developments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and drive company-wide strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain close links with manufacturers to ensure accurate sample technical packs are submitted within set timeframes.
  • Communicate regularly with the Design Team to resolve critical design issues or developments.
  • Select, develop, and source fabrications, colours, trims, etc., in line with our standards.
  • Attend fit sessions and use technical ability to ensure best fit is achieved and approve final samples when required.
  • Approve all details of final products in line with original design briefs.
  • Understand manufacturing structures to recognise cost and manufacturing opportunities.
  • Participate in range planning meetings to ensure balanced ranges.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product development or design.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop advantageous.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
