Retail Buying Assistant Role

This is a key support position that plays a vital role in the entire buying process for our global collections.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide essential support across key functions, including trend analysis, inventory management, and sales reporting. They will be responsible for maintaining precise line sheets, managing stock levels, and providing crucial administrative support to the buying and planning teams.

  • Key Tasks:

They will also assist with building stock packages, creating assortment plans, and managing sales and purchase orders. Additionally, they will participate in store visits, manage critical path timelines, and coordinate with production and logistics teams.

  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with an eye for luxury and a deep understanding of the retail landscape. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector. They will have proven experience with sales analysis, stock management, and allocations. Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office, and a familiarity with ERP systems are also required.

  • Desirable Characteristics:

A highly organized individual with a proven track record of meeting strict and often competing deadlines is essential. A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach are also necessary.
