Global Luxury Retailer seeks an experienced assistant to support their retail buying team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury and an eye for detail to contribute to the success of our global presence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong computer literacy, and experience with sales analysis, stock management, and allocations. They will be responsible for preparing weekly and seasonal sales reports, identifying top-performing products, and providing strategic insights into store and regional performance.

As a member of our dynamic retail buying team, you will play a key role in shaping our global business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintaining precise line sheets and managing stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
  • Participating in store visits, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and assisting with building stock packages and creating assortment plans
