Administrative Coordinator

This role supports the day-to-day operations of a registered training organisation, providing nationally recognised training products and non-accredited professional development. The team works in an inclusive, supportive and welcoming culture, embracing people from diverse backgrounds.
The job holder will work closely with the Business Development Manager to coordinate student lifecycle processes, including enrolment, progression, withdrawal and completion. They will also support educators and staff with course and resource updates, and contribute to enhancing the student and educator experience.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting AVETMISS data accurately and on schedule, administering VET Student Loans processes, and coordinating short courses and enrolments for non-accredited and online training products.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification, experience working in a Registered Training Organisation or education sector environment, and significant experience with student management systems and data reporting.
