The Innovation and Commercialisation Services team has a continuing opportunity for an experienced, collaborative Administration Coordinator to be an integral part of their team.

Working under general direction, the Administration Coordinator provides finance, system, and general administrative support services. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, Work Health & Safety (WHS), diary management, travel and event bookings, credit card acquittals, coordinating meetings and events, staff induction, procurement of office supplies, invoicing, and payments. The role also involves routine audits, supporting system updates, and monthly reporting.

To be successful, you will need:

  1. Demonstrated high-level administrative skills, including effective prioritization and work management.
  2. Experience with data entry and database use.
  3. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a team environment, delivering professional, customer-centric services.
  4. Attention to detail and diligence, especially in data entry, correspondence handling, and calendar management.
  5. Initiative and a solution-focused approach to administrative support.

Please note: This position requires Australian Citizenship as it may require a Defence Clearance.
