About Jacinth-Ambrosia
Jacinth-Ambrosia is located 270 kilometres north of the Port of Thevenard, near Ceduna. It is the world's largest source of zircon, and a Tier 1 deposit with extensive reserves. Our site has a fully equipped modern camp with facilities including a gym, pool, sports courts, recreation rooms, Wi-Fi and Foxtel.
This is a site-based role, and comprises an 8 days on/ 6 days off roster flying in from Adelaide or Ceduna.
About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and experienced Administration Coordinator to join Iluka's Jacinth-Ambrosia team.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position is a point of contact for employees, contractors, and management. It offers challenge and variety, providing integral administrative support in document control, purchasing, health and safety reporting, community relations, and site events management.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Mobilisation /Coordination of personnel logistics including FIFO travel and camp accommodation bookings
- Records and database management
- Word processing, data entry, correspondence and diary management
- Coordination of community events including logistics, planning and liaising with partnership representatives
About You
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Excel & Word
- Experience in Fiori PO's
- Effective interpersonal communication skills to cross all levels of management
- Proven ability to problem solve and prioritise with a high level of time management
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and be proactive to meet deadlines
- A high level of detail in skills, accuracy and presentation to ensure that all activities and tasks are achieved in a proficient and professional manner
- Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills that contribute to effective team processes and building constructive relationships with all levels of Management
