Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of experienced professionals in collaboration with other team leaders and directors.
- Maintain high standards of patient and client care.
- Communicate effectively with your team and colleagues.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a busy clinic or emergency/critical care role.
- Strong technical skills (IV catheter placement, blood sampling, anaesthesia monitoring).
- Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for animal and client care.
