Leadership Role: Critical Care Services
This leadership role provides effective management of nursing staff and services within the critical care environment. It is a fixed-term, full-time position requiring 76 hours per fortnight.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to nursing staff and services. They will also be involved in developing and implementing clinical management policies, protocols and guidelines to ensure best practice standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to nursing staff and services in the critical care area.
- Clinical Management: Develop and implement clinical management policies, protocols and guidelines to ensure best practice standards.
- Operational Planning: Collaborate with other directors to align operational plans across streams.
- Human Resource Management: Direct clinical activities and manage human, financial and material resources to achieve defined objectives.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse: Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia is essential.

Appointment Details:
This is a fixed-term, full-time position. Hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
