Job Title: Nursing Director - Critical Care Leadership

The Nursing Director is a fixed-term, full-time leadership position that oversees the effective management of nursing staff and services within Critical Care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead patient care in an inter-professional environment to achieve defined objectives.
  • Collaborate with directors to align operational plans across streams.
  • Direct clinical services and manage resources to meet objectives.
  • Develop and apply clinical management policies and guidelines.
  • Provide leadership in research/education and continuous quality improvement.
  • Manage clinical and corporate risk.

Qualifications:
