Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate RTO Compliance Manager to ensure overall compliance and regulatory requirements of our RTO operations. The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge and experience in RTO compliance management or in a similar role within the vocational education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compliance monitoring plans based on legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Lead all internal auditing for ASQA compliance
  • Ensure the RTO meets all regulatory requirements of ASQA Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 and state regulators
  • Approve training and assessment materials required skills and qualifications
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance matters, including training and professional development
  • Monitor the RTO's compliance with the VET Quality Framework and Safe Work SA
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in training and assessment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in RTO compliance management or in a similar role within the vocational education and training sector
  • In-depth knowledge of ASQA standards, VET Quality Framework, and other relevant legislation
  • Sound business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • AVETMISS Reporting RTO registration, scope extension, and compliance audits
  • Approving training and assessment materials
  • Developing, reviewing, and maintaining relevant policies and procedures
