Sage Education Australia is a rapidly growing private registered training organisation operating since 1998.
We are known for our superior quality education in the aged and disability care industry.
We are looking for a young, committed person who would like to kickstart or boost their career in an administrative role. While we are not necessarily looking for an experienced person, some background in customer service; and sales and marketing will be highly beneficial.
International students with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
The position requires you to provide exceptional customer service to students and the industry.
**The role**:
- Make and receive calls
- Provide quality customer service
- Effectively manage your calendar to stay on top of the daily activities and follow-ups
- Maintain relevant information on various business software
- Carry out general administrative tasks effectively
**What we are looking for**:
- Background in sales and marketing - _Not Mandatory_
- Some background in the Vocational Education (RTO) industry - N_ot Mandatory_
- High-level computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Take ownership of the task and explore ways to enhance the existing system and save time
