
Strategic Process Improvement Specialist

As a Transformation Analyst within the Finance Shared Service Centre, you will play a key role in driving incremental improvements and developing globally standardised processes. You will report into the Finance Shared Services Transformation Manager and work closely with operational managers in Newcastle and Manila to achieve consistent and efficient outcomes.
The role involves supporting stakeholder management by maintaining strong relationships and effectively managing expectations. You will also develop and maintain essential documentation such as process flows, standard operating procedures, control documentation, and project timelines to promote various initiatives. Additionally, you will participate constructively in all initiatives within the Newcastle teams operating within appropriate frameworks for planning, scheduling, quality reviews, governance, and risk management.
We are interested in speaking with individuals who have experience in promoting incremental improvements across finance delivery teams. This includes contributing to all aspects of the Shared Service Centre (SSC) offering, ensuring continuous enhancement of processes and performance. You should be able to actively promote the standardisation of finance processes across the community, aligning the operations of both the Manila and Newcastle SSCs for consistency and efficiency.
