We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our high-performing Operations Team in a role focused on delivering measurable improvements across cost, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on position where you will lead and support improvement projects, embed LEAN methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional business improvement projects to deliver tangible performance outcomes in cost, quality and safety.
  • Mentor and train team members in LEAN principles, process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Coach operations staff and leaders to embed sustainable improvement practices.
  • Partner with Operations Managers to identify opportunities, develop ROI-based business cases and manage project plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and capability-building sessions to enhance operational excellence.
  • Sustain strong working relationships across Operations, Engineering, Projects and HSEQ teams.
  • Recommend and implement business improvement tools and initiatives that drive ongoing engagement and results.
About You
  • Trade qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • LEAN Manufacturing qualifications and a strong practical understanding of LEAN methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading business improvement initiatives in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to map processes, develop value stream diagrams and lead problem-solving initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and drive outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation, training and leadership skills.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
