Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain forecasts, resource plans, and budgeting processes that support business goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with business leaders and contact centre teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or human resources.
  • Significant experience in workforce planning, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
