We are seeking a skilled Coffee Professional to fill an exciting opportunity.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation methods and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare high-quality coffee drinks to order
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service during peak periods
5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a Barista
2. Strong understanding of coffee preparation methods
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Physical stamina to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods
