Enterprise Director

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our expanding Community Development team in Canberra. This team is currently engaged in some of Canberra's most exciting projects across various industries and sectors.
About the Role- Oversee business operations, including safety leadership, people management, client service, and operational excellence within the region.
- Responsible for shared financial and performance responsibilities with other business leaders.
- Play a crucial role in expanding our existing client base, exploring new prospects, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing teams, preferably with more than 20 people.
- A sound understanding of contracts and commercial arrangements on projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and owning the performance of a large portfolio of projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal stakeholders and achieve a collaborative approach.
