About the Role:Corporate security managers play a crucial part in safeguarding individuals, assets, and operations. This senior-level position involves overseeing governance, risk, and compliance across various operational environments.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement strategic corporate security frameworks and ensure adherence to contractual and client specifications.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and investigations to provide actionable insights to management and client governments.
- Presentation of strategic security and risk reports to senior stakeholders.
- Management of budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for security programs.
- Design and delivery of security awareness and compliance training for employees.
- Liaison with government clients, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities on security matters.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate security, risk management, or government security operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple-site operations, budgets, and compliance obligations.
- Strong background in policy development, governance, investigations, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with government officials, law enforcement, and international stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Security Management, Risk Analysis, or Investigative Services are highly valued.
- Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1/NV2) is desired.
