About the Role

">
  • Process high-volume invoices and purchase order invoices in a timely manner
  • Analyze and reconcile corporate credit card entries for various entities
  • Filing paperwork and creating new vendors to facilitate seamless payment processes
  • Process payments and perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the AP Manager

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable roles using accounting software
  • Previous experience in large retail and wholesale companies with multiple sites
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment processing at least 500-600 invoices per month
