Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage trust accounting functions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accurate financial transactions.
  • Support our CRM transition from Agentbox to REX, assisting the business during the implementation and changeover.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of trust accounting processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and vendor solicitors.
  • Ensure accurate and timely settlement fund disbursements.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Experience in real estate trust accounting
  • Strong understanding of trust accounting regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
