As a driven and resilient professional, you will have the ability to network with employers, build strong partnerships, and effectively account manage. Your personable approach will assist in managing employer's expectations and building trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain employer and community networks to facilitate employment opportunities;
- Manage a caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion;
- Provide advocacy and information about our services, connecting clients and the wider community;
- Work in a dynamic environment, challenging yourself to make a positive impact;
- Contribute to creating a working environment that is supportive, friendly, and focused on teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve successful results;
- Strong networking skills and genuine passion for building partnerships with employers and clients;
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to handle competing priorities;
- Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
- Ongoing career development and national opportunities;
