Job Summary

The Project Coordinator role is critical to the success of our initiatives.

As a key member of the Harm Prevention and Regulation (HPR) ICT Project Management Office, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to coordinate and implement project assurance and governance activities.

  • Maintaining accurate reports and documentation, such as project registers and financials.
  • Participating in assurance, procurement, contract management, and project support activities.
  • Conducting business requirement analysis, developing options papers, and coordinating system testing.

You will work closely with staff from other Divisions and represent the Department at various government and non-government levels. The ability to provide expert advice and contribute to project success is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management skills. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
