Strategic Change Leader

As a Strategic Change Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and delivery of strategic change and communication practices across our customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Robust Change Strategies: Design and deliver robust change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes, aligning with our organization's North Star.
  • Embed Change Management Practice: Lead the development of our change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards to ensure seamless integration.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our organizational goals, ensuring timely and effective information dissemination.
  • Support Delivery Excellence: Support delivery excellence by embedding best-in-class ways of working across teams, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
  • Optimize SharePoint and Critical Communications: Own and optimize our SharePoint platform, managing critical incident communications to maintain transparency and trust.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience (5+ years), with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Change Management Capability: Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments.
  • Project Delivery Skills: Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Influencing and Negotiation: Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Digital Platform Management: Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint).
