The Go-to-Market (GTM) Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating the go-to-market process for new product launches and market expansions.
Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies.
This position requires collaboration with marketing, sales, product planning, and other departments to ensure the successful introduction and sustained success of products and services.
- Develop plans to meet approved targets over the stated planning period, including consumer retail offers and finance programs.
- Prepare and assess demand funnel metrics, including enquiry targets across digital and outlets required to deliver order write and retail plans.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and GTM initiatives.
- Conduct market research to gather data on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Monitor and evaluate activity, including data analysis and delivery of relevant insights that enable ongoing improvement of marketing initiatives within the automotive sector.
About You
We seek exceptional candidates who possess 3-5 years of experience in GTM, Sales Operations, Marketing Communications, or Product Planning. Key skills include strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective problem-solving skills.
