Community Centre Coordinator Role

This position oversees the day-to-day management of Council's community buildings, staffed community centres, sports fields and open space facilities. The role provides high-quality service to residents and user groups for Council's community spaces.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience in a leadership or related field and be responsible for managing bookings, customer service, and promoting Council's community centres and bookable spaces.
About This Opportunity- We are seeking an experienced leader with excellent communication skills to manage our community centres and promote our community spaces.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality services to the community and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Managing bookings and scheduling for community centre facilities and other facilities as required.
- Providing information to external and internal stakeholders regarding Council's facilities and assisting with facility management.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in frontline service functions, community engagement and developing projects and partnerships.
