We are seeking an experienced Luxury Resort Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Elements of Byron.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, with experience in leading and training teams to deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our luxury accommodations, ensuring that every room meets our high standards.

This is a key leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and supervise a team of housekeeping staff.

As a member of our Housekeeping Team, you will work closely with our Room Division Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality.

With a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout our resort.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free accommodation, meal allowances, and access to our employee assistance program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
  • Lead and train a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the resort
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong background in housekeeping, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and supervise a team of housekeeping staff
