Assistant Manager

As a leader in our venue, you will play a crucial role in driving exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers leave with big smiles.

  • Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service to ensure our customers leave with positive experiences.
  • Oversee the store's day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and safety.
  • Hire, train, develop, and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Manage key performance indicators, including Labour and Cost of Goods Sold, to optimize venue performance.

As a people person, you will thrive on bringing out the best in your team and making customers feel valued. You will be a go-getter with a positive attitude, ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm.
