Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a deep understanding of the clinical hospital environment and the IVD/healthcare sector. They will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.

Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding annual sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and coordinating all tenders within the designated territory. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be competitive and driven to succeed, and have a strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

Main Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Deep understanding of the clinical hospital environment and the IVD/healthcare sector.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive and driven to succeed.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.


Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in VIC & TAS, with frequent travel to customer sites within the region. They will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will need to have a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
