Job Description

We are seeking a visionary mental health leader to lead the development, implementation, and governance of an innovative clinical Model of Care for young people aged 18–25. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of best-practice care, provide strategic leadership, oversee clinical governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consumer-centred, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive the implementation of a best-practice Model of Care for older youth.
  2. Provide strategic and operational leadership across all older youth clinical teams.
  3. Oversee clinical governance and quality outcomes for this service stream.
  4. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure consumer-centred, evidence-based care.
  5. Lead service development and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.

About You

  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent.
  • Fellowship of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum of 6 years' clinical experience in mental health, with significant leadership exposure.
