We're seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduling Specialist to join our team on Garden Island. As a key member of our AWS business, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects and programs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. With a strong focus on project management, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Earned Value Management data for project schedules, ensuring accurate representation of work progress and control for deviations, and implementing and maintaining the EVM system and analyzing variances.

You'll work closely with our project teams to plan and schedule work using tools like Primavera, prepare inputs for monthly PMO reporting and customer deliverables, drive the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), and support Risk & Opportunities assessments.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a qualification in Business or Engineering, or equivalent, as well as knowledge of project management lifecycle, proficiency in EVM system tools, experience with Primavera and scheduling tools, basic knowledge of schedule health checks, scheduling expertise in PERT and CPM analysis, financial and budgetary control experience, and technical understanding of the project domain.
