About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Superintendent to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements on site.
  • Conduct pre-start and toolbox meetings to ensure clear communication and coordination of project objectives.
  • Oversee site operations, including resource allocation and monitoring of production rates.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team of supervisors, workforce, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
