About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Project Teams: You will lead and manage a team of supervisors, workforce, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: You will be responsible for implementing and auditing all aspects of our occupational health and safety and environmental requirements.
  • Site Management: You will be in charge of site communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Resource Allocation: You will direct the allocation of site resources and monitor their effectiveness to ensure optimal production rates.
  • Quality Assurance: You will have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the project, including drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Civil Construction or higher
  • Extensive Civil Construction Background with demonstrated senior supervisory experience
  • Excellent Attitude towards Health, Safety, and Environmental Outcomes
