About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Superintendent to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining total control and knowledge of onsite works, coordinating the supervision team, workforce, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement all aspects of occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct pre-start and toolbox meetings to ensure clear communication and coordination.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring effective resource allocation and monitoring of production rates.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team of supervisors, workforce, and subcontractors.
  • Have a thorough understanding of project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction, Certificate IV or Diploma of Construction Management desirable.
  • Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated senior supervisory experience.
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes.
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results.
