Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (MCO+I) is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our Data Centre Development (DCD) team, you will be responsible for leading the construction of our data centres, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet the required quality, schedule, and budget standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the data centre industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
