We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Centralised Customer Care Team as a full-time Customer Care Specialist.

The role involves supporting multiple clubs across the network by managing membership cancellations, debt recovery, and account enquiries. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving account issues, and building lasting connections with members.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage membership cancellations and debt recovery;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account issues;
  • Build lasting connections with members and contribute to the growth of the business;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism;
  • Experience managing member databases or CRM systems is desirable;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and goal-driven with a strong ability to meet performance targets;
