Customer Marketing Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer marketing and campaign management, with experience working with data-driven insights and marketing automation tools. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions
  • Create and implement email campaigns, direct mail, statement inserts, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing plans
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years customer marketing and/or campaign management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Adobe or Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Financial Services or insurance background highly regarded
